Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of personal data Leadspresso holds about you at any time. This page describes the request process, what gets deleted, the timeframe, and the limited exceptions where data must be retained.
Who can request deletion
- Account holders (Clients) — businesses with an active or terminated Leadspresso subscription. You can request deletion of your account and all associated business data.
- End customers (Leads) — individuals whose contact information was collected through a Leadspresso-managed tracking number or landing page form. We process this data on behalf of the Client (the business that captured the lead). Deletion requests from end customers should normally be directed to the Client first; we will honor verified end-customer requests directly when the Client cannot be reached or refuses.
- Authorized representatives — parents/guardians (for minors), powers of attorney, or legal representatives may submit a request on behalf of an individual with appropriate verification.
How to submit a request
Email support@leadspresso.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- Your full name
- The email address, phone number, and (if applicable) business name associated with the data
- A description of what data you want deleted (or "all of my data" for a full deletion)
- If you are submitting on behalf of someone else, proof of authorization
We will verify your identity using the contact information on file before processing the request. Verification may include confirming a one-time code sent to the email or phone number associated with the account.
What gets deleted
For a Client account, deletion includes:
- Account profile and login credentials
- Business information (name, address, phone, email, website, category, description)
- Connected ad-platform OAuth tokens (revoked at Google and Meta)
- AI-generated ad copy, landing page content, and image assets stored in our systems
- Lead records (call logs, form submissions, attribution data) for end customers captured through your account
- Performance reports and analytics tied to your account
For an end-customer (lead) deletion request, deletion includes:
- Phone number, name, email, and any free-text fields you submitted
- Call recordings of calls placed by the requesting individual
- Attribution data linking the requesting individual to a specific ad or campaign
Timeframe
We acknowledge requests within five (5) business days and complete deletion within thirty (30) days of identity verification. If we need additional time (for example, to delete data from backups), we will notify you with a status update and an updated completion estimate not to exceed sixty (60) days.
Exceptions
We may retain limited information when required to:
- Comply with a legal obligation (e.g., tax records, anti-fraud retention requirements)
- Resolve a billing dispute or pending chargeback
- Defend or assert legal claims
- Maintain anti-abuse signals (e.g., suppression lists for opt-outs and prior deletion requests so the same individual is not re-onboarded inadvertently)
Retention under any of these exceptions is limited to what is strictly necessary and for the minimum period required.
